2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless defective.
